The Department of Management Studies was established in the year 2013 and offers three-year Business Administration course for its students. Since its establishment the primary objective of the department has been to develop students into competent management professionals.

The pedagogy used by the department consists of a blend of lectures, case studies, industrial visits, role plays and presentations. During every academic year the department hosts a variety of seminars and workshops for students and faculties for understanding and discussing the emerging business trends and problems. The industrial and minor projects carried out by students help them to gain knowledge regarding functioning of an industry. Attaining a degree in business administration ultimately lays a foundation for students in realising their dreams to be successful future entrepreneurs and managers .This course is designed to develop knowledge on the functional area of business administration. The disciplines it covers include management, commerce, banking, economics, industrial psychology, law, mathematics, statistics, accounting, communication, computer application and accounting software..

The course is designed in such a fashion to provide ample scope for practical exposure to the problems and opportunities of real business. The two project study one theoretical (Minor) and the other practical (Major) as well as the mandatory requirements of three industrial visits and resultant report presentation will provide a cutting edge to this under graduate program.
